In today’s real estate market, especially in Florida, it is imperative to work with a realtor who has deep local knowledge/relationships, a natural sense of urgency, and the ability to negotiate through extremely competitive and complex bidding wars. Barnett demonstrated all these qualities, plus he educated me along the way and was extremely easy to work with. Thanks to him, I was the first prospective buyer to see many houses upon being listed. And with the house, he ultimately helped me purchase – within 1 hour of being listed, he had notified me of the listing and scheduled an appointment; within 2 hours, I was viewing the home with him; and within 4 hours, our offer was in the hands of the seller. In less than 48 hours, Barnett had convinced the seller to accept our offer against 5 others that were already on the table.
